I came online to write this review and noticed someone else complained about the same issue and got it resolved with the company. Good for them. Now let's see what happens with my battery, which only displays 188 and does not charge. I bought it on July 12, 2023 and it stopped around the same time that the other reviewer's did! Weird. I was on vacation in May and counting on this battery to keep me connected. Fortunately, I had an older battery with me on the trip this one had been replaced last year. In the end, I had to rely on the old one. Thank goodness I brought it in case of emergency. I had been raving about this model ever since I bought it last year until May of this year. I like this one and its features, but only if it works! Charmast, please reach out to me to help resolve the situation. I'm an unhappy customer who likes to share product reviews in person but not necessarily on Amazon with every product—until things go wrong. Sorry, but I work in digital marketing (including in customer service!) and am online all day as it is. Here's hoping Charmast is consistent with its customer service.
